How to disable web help

When ArcGIS Portal and Server are installed, a local web help is included.

How can we completely disable the help endpoint in the ArcGIS Portal/Server admin?

Example endpoints:

/portal/portalhelp/en

/server/help/en

Thanks, (the correct link to your post is Securing ArcGIS Enterprise's Help Documentation - Esri Community)
The setting in Portal -> Settings does a redirect, but does not disable the underlying local help.

It also only does apply for the Portal for ArcGIS help, not for ArcGIS Server.

Summary: currently not possible to the extent required.
