SAML Multiple Login Prompt

Hi,

I have a client that setup their ArcGIS Enterprise with SAML SSO login.

While the user login via Portal works using SAML but as the user try to access the services directory it prompt user to login again despite already logged in.

My client have different portal and server domain. Portal is https://abc-portal.com and server is https://abc-server.com

Both already federated and using named login, user will not be challenge with multiple login. Only with SAML it happen.

Does SAML will not work with this kind of environment setup where Portal and Server have different domain? or there something wrong with SAML configuration?

Have you added your server URL to the list of trusted servers (organization-->settings-->security)?

added already but no luck. It's still prompted the login as soon as we changed site from portal to server vice versa.

Possibility SAML not setup properly to ensure different portal and server origin works?
