However, when I run the patch notification tool (as Admin), the <EM>"Install All Patches"</EM> button is grayed out.&nbsp;</P><P><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="cjms_0-1760037102474.png" style="width: 400px;"><img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/141703i47F5478DF283E992/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;px=400" role="button" title="cjms_0-1760037102474.png" alt="cjms_0-1760037102474.png" /></span></P><P>This is the first time I'm seeing a patch available, but not able to install it.
