    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/841068"&gt;@Leena_Abdulqader&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick support!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all possible options to troubleshoot the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Verified the storage of the drive, and there is sufficient free space available.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changed the backup path and tested with different locations.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The user is a domain user with full rights on the backup folder. Checked read and write permissions to the user.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, when validating the ArcGIS Data Store through ArcGIS Server Manager, the validation is also successful, and there are no issues reported from the server side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kristofer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ArcGIS Object Datastore Backup Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing an issue while attempting to back up the ArcGIS Data Store (Object Store). Details are given below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Enterprise Version - 11.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Error encountered: Machine '&lt;A href="https://xy.xy.xy:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://xy.xy.xy:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin&lt;/A&gt;' returned an error. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;'\\xy\datastore_backup\Object\oz_3b21sf1-20250908154859891\oz_3b21sf1-20250908154859891 &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;(The network name cannot be found)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt; - In the same backup location, two folders exist: Relational and Object.&amp;nbsp;Relational datastore backup completed successfully.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/511815"&gt;@Kristofer&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see anything helpful in the ArcGIS Datastore logs?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you receive any errors when validating the Data Store from the admin interface? Are there any related errors on the ArcGIS Server side?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Compare folder permissions. Is the ArcGIS Data Store service account given full control rights to both folders? Are you using a local Windows account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try a different path just in case? Like a local folder on the same machine as the datastore?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Relational backups are small compared to Object backups (which can be tens or hundreds of GBs). Do you have enough free space?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry about that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the &amp;lt;ArcGIS Data Store install dir&amp;gt;\arcgisdatastore\logs\&amp;lt;machine&amp;gt;\datastore\datastore.log around the backup attempt time. This often contains the precise cause (e.g., “path length exceeded” or “network share inaccessible”).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you also &lt;A href="https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/data-store/latest/install/windows/data-store-utility-reference.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_5ECEA8B5F835454CB7D0DBC942BB4FDB" target="_blank"&gt;describedatastore&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try validating it from the ArcGIS Server admin endpoint, too.
