Hosted feature visualisation SVG issues

I am trying to edit the symbols of hosted feature layers in our organisation's Enterprise through the Visualization window. Normally I would browse or drag SVG (.svg) files without any problem but when I try this now, nothing happens. I have tried with PNG (.png) files and these seem to upload without any problem. Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be the issue?

Hey @Woosh_AP , hmm that is strange. Anything changed recently? Upgrades, patches? Did you try different SVGs? Maybe different browsers (I would recommend Firefox) and incognito modes?

Hi @Leena_Abdulqader . It seems to have started misbehaving with the newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise. I've logged a support case and Esri are on it.

Hi all.

Just to update you here. I have logged a case with Esri that has still not been resolved despite taking several troubleshooting actions. We are upgrading the virtual machine that our Enterprise is hosted on in a couple of weeks and will try again thereafter and provide further updates.
