Delay from Server Standalone Table Inputted Data to Server Feature Layer

Good Morning,

I have a standalone table from a server that should update a feature layer based on survey123 responses. The table is being updated but is not being relayed to the feature class. I would have assumed to create a geodatabase to try this seperately, but I cannot export from a server to my own personal geodatabase.

1. I am wondering if anyone has any idea how I can try to export the server feature classes to my personal geodatabase.

2. How can I create a relationship class from a server that uses multiple layers that should be one feature layer.

I just started this project, and this wasn't our original data,
