System Design tool for existing implementation

Hello All

I am looking for a free, open-source tool/script from Esri that scans ArcGIS enterprise and creates a nice diagram of the existing implementation. This is not a product supported by Esri, rather some solution Engg/Architect created this tool to create a system design from implemented architecture.

Can you some one share the link?
