Hide folders in arcgis server connection

I need to be able to limit people in my enterprise portal to only view the items in their respective groups on the server machine. This works fine in the portal but if people create an arcgis server connection in ArcGIS Pro or Arcmap they are able to see the all folders on the server. While true they cannot see the actual services, i still dont want them to be able to see the folders either. Short of removing the folder structure on our hosting server I'm not sure if this is possible on a federated server where portal controls security?

Any Ideas?

I have the same question. Even when I am completely logged out of my portal and navigate to the /server/rest URL, I can still see the folder structure of my server. I don't want anyone to see that structure.
