      <title>Enterprise Sites Download API Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have Enterprise 10.9.1.&amp;nbsp; I created a site for data sharing and download.&amp;nbsp; No matter what we get an API error when attempting to download, even if we are logged in under the owner account. ArcGIS Server shows a log of "ERROR 160213: A networking error occurred. Failed to execute a service (Export Service).&amp;nbsp; But I can't find anything on a resolution to fix the problem.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas what is causing the error?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
