I wrote an SOI in Java , it's running well some times and other times it is running into a Java Heap Out of Memory Issue. I want to configure the Java for more memory. I see how to do it in this github post <A href="https://github.com/mraad/ExportImageSOI" title="https://github.com/mraad/ExportImageSOI">GitHub - mraad/ExportImageSOI: ArcGIS Server Object Interceptor and MemSQL,</A> but I can't find the tool in the ArcGIS/Server/bin. I do see it in the ArcGIS/Desktop/bin folder.
