So... we've tried the following...

Installed and uninstalled 'Web_Adaptor_for_Microsoft_IIS_101sp1_132828.'

Installed 'Web_Adaptor_for_Microsoft_IIS_101_129917' and then upgraded with 'Web_Adaptor_for_Microsoft_IIS_101sp1_132828' and uninstalled.

No matter what we do, after the installation process our WebAdaptor installation will not shift into the Configuration stage. So, we decided to try the Command Line setup 'ConfigureWebAdaptor /w <WebAdaptorURL> /g <GISServerURL> /u <Username> /p <Password> /a <AdminAccessEnabled>' to see if we could get to the configuration anyway. We get the error message back 'WebAdaptorURL does not exist.'

Hoping someone else has seen this and can help us figure out what has gone wrong. If not, it's time to place a ticket.

I am currently unable to visit GeoNet. I get THIS view.

And ONLY this view. At least once I log in.

I LUCKILY subscribed to several threads / boards and so I get to read up on what all you cool cats are doing on GeoNet, but I don’t get to come play for some reason. Our IT department went through all of the steps necessary to see if the block is on our side, but it is not. It is on ESRI’s side. And without being able to visit the site I’m not sure who I need to contact.

So… sorry that I have no good answer. I can’t read the history of your question, I just have a single e-mail with your question in it. No related information to follow up on what it was in response to.

---

Brian Scott O’keefe | GIS Analyst

City of Tulsa IT Department

175 E. 2nd St. S., Suite 680.
