Web Adaptor IIS Error

Good afternoon,

So I am having issues with the web adaptor portion of my install. I run the software but continue to get the attached error message. Has anyone had this issue? Obviously I am missing something, I just don't know what.

What version of the Web Adaptor are you using? What version of IIS? Is IIS used for anything else other than this one web adaptor? Are you using a default instance of IIS, or what customisation have you done?

If it's 11.x onwards, have you installed all the pre-requisites:

and in the right order:

https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/system-requirements/11.1/windows/arcgis-web-adaptor-system-requirements.htm#:~:text=If%20you%20installed%20the%20ASP.NET%20Core%20Runtime%20%2D%20Windows%20Hosting%20Bundle%20before%20enabling%20IIS%20and%20the%20required%20components%2C%20you%20must%20repair%20the%20bundle%20installation%20using%20the%20bundle%20installer.

Sorry to ask so many question, searching for a 500.19 error on Google leads to a multitude of errors on the IIS rather than Esri side, so we need to try and narrow things down quite a bit.

Hi @MattSender, for the error 500.19 just run a repair on your asp.net 6 installation this happens when asp.net is installed before IIS.
