topic Aviation part 77 tool in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

Has anyone tried to use the Arcmap's Aviation extension in the ArcGIS server. I know that the aviation extension is not available in the server, however I have both the ArcMap aviation and the ArcGIS server in the same machine. I want to publish the aviation's Part 77 tool as a geoprocessing service. Issue is how can I make server communicate to ArcMap's API.
