topic Issue with Configuring Single Service with Custom Cloned Python Environment in a Multi-Machine ArcGIS Server Site in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

I am seeking assistance to validate the functionality outlined in the documentation (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/11.1/publish-services/windows/deploying-custom-python-packages.htm) regarding the deployment of custom Python packages within ArcGIS Server. I have followed the instructions, including cloning the Python environment on each server machine as specified. However, upon configuring a specific ArcGIS Server service to utilize the custom environment and attempting to submit a job, it appears to default to the default Python environment. I was that it defaults to the default python environment only if it can't access the custom environment.

Also, we have a single all-in-one development ArcGIS Enterprise environment and didn't encounter any issues configuring a single geoprocessing service with our cloned Python environment.
