topic REST URL Layer Index Numbers in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

Hello,

How do I see the layer index Numbers for a Map service published for internal use only. When I publish the service shared with Everyone I can see the Layers and Index Numbers associated with each Layer.

However, when the sharing properties are changed to Organization I can no longer see the indexes.

Does anyone know why this is and how can I overcome this?

So it turns out this had to do with "generateToken" request that failed and CORS error in the console. The solution was to add an entry into Portal's "Allow Origins" settings, specifying the ArcGIS Server site's URL.
