Realtime webmap notification

Hi,

I'm looking to display a notification message on the web map screen whenever there's a real-time update to the feature layer data through the GeoEvent Server with a new feed. Can anyone provide guidance on how to accomplish this?

I don't think this is available in the current or Classic version of the Web Map viewers. I can only recommend adding the data to a map service where data that is 0-2 minutes old has bold symbology, but that will only be noticeable if the new features are in the current extent of the map when viewing. Webhooks might also be utilized, but I haven't given much thought on how to do that.
