Enterprise widget/tool for creating lines (feature service, not a graphic) with a specific direction and distance..

I can't find this widget. Essentially, it would be a tool that allows you to run property lines out or follow a bearing and distance call from a deed, for example. This allows you to manually key in your direction and distance to draw lines as so. ArcGIS Pro has this, see screen shot below that describes what I'm looking for:
