Collaboration between AGOL and Enterprise, item shared ask for credentials

Hello,

We have a collaboration between ArcGIS Online organization and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. AGOL host, Enterprise guest. When a guest share a hosted feature service to AGOL, when I try to use the layer from AGOL it asks for credentials. I did a test doing a collaboration between 2 enterprise 11.1 -10.9.1 and i was able to solved the error when i used option "Allow participants to view services without signing into this portal: Yes" but in AGOL i do not have that option.

How can I get that the item that i am sharing as a guest to not ask for credentials when the host is using the layer?

Hey Diego,

Are you sharing this via an Enterprise Geodatabase? If so then I would share both Map Image and Feature Layer to the collaboration workspaces.
