Hi,

The 9220 port on the data store machine of Geoevent server is opened. But when I validated the data store in the hosting server, it still reported the error:

Failed to validate the data store machine 'SPRBDAGDS02.****.COM'. 'Could not connect to the ArcGIS component at URL 'https://SPRBDAGDS02.******COM:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin/machines/SPRBDAGDS02.*****.COM/validate'. The ArcGIS component on that machine may not be running or the machine may not be reachable at this time.Error: connect timed out'

When I was trying to publish a data store in the Geoevent server, it showed this error:
Failed to index settings for the data source 'All'. Error: Timeout connecting to [SPRBDAGDS02.******.COM/10.18.160.137:9220]

I was checking the machine and the data store folder, I found the installation files are in C drive but the data store folders are in D drive. Is that related to this issue?

Sorry for not being on for a hot minute. Sidetracked by other tasks. Were you able to get an answer?

Have you checked out ArcGIS Online's data pipelines yet? Even in beta, I have found it to be far superior to GeoEvent...ie...living up to all the hype GeoEvent was supposed to be and then some.
