License Roles for Widgets

Does anyone know of a list that states WAB widgets and required respective roles (i.e., viewer, creator, editor etc ) in the portal?

Hi,

I am not sure this is a legit question. WAB widgets are not directly associated with any user roles. Roles and user types define whether a user can publish/edit data etc., so if a user is not given the editor role, then this user certainly cannot edit the data, the then Editor widget would be quite useless for this user.

I would just read the User types, roles, and privileges—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise to dig what user tyles have what privileges, but I don't see the point of joining WAB widgets with the user roles.

Thanks AB. You've actually sort of hinted at the answer i.e., relationship between editor widget and editor role.

This is an easy one though. I just thought that role-widget relationship would be a useful addition in the description page of each widget.
