Raster legends are showing all as white/missing, but look OK in ArcGIS Pro. Did you find a solution?

We have a customer experiencing problems with legends from raster layers served as ArcGIS Server services. All legend values appear white in REST even though they are filled with different colors in ArcGIS Pro.

Problem is present in ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 and services published from ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

Is this a known issue?

Lars Søe

Denmark

This is a logged bug: BUG-000154243 for Portal for ArcGIS (esri.com). Special thanks to Esri Canada Support for replicating the issue and finding the related bug.

The listed workaround to "not use transparency" isn't really working around anything beyond transparency. But at least they are transparent about it 😉
