Hosted Layer using Shape file

I Uploaded Shape file and created hosted layer long back. when I tried to access same layer today in another web maps. I got below error and don't have any clue what needs to be done . when I checked for the item in Enterprise and it is there. Please suggest

It seems like the connection to the service is no longer working. To check if this is the case, go to the Item page in Content, and scroll to the bottom of the page. To the lower right, you will see URL. Copy the URL and paste it into a browser's address bar. You should see the service REST end point. Alternatively, click the View button to the right of URL:

It is possible the URL might have changed, or that permissions to the service, if secure, might have changed.

Hope the above helps if finding out why you are not able to access the layer.

When I checked the URL on browser, it shows as 404 error and haven't changed anything since it published.

when I try to browse same thing in arcgis web services, service was listed in arcgis services
