Esri Academy has a brilliant choice of web courses and instructor lead courses which you may find beneficial.

There are learning plans available which guide you through various courses to gain proficiency in the particular subject, e.g. Enterprise administration: https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/5eb1934059bcad254d30a54e/arcgis-enterprise-administration-essentials

Unfortunately, a lot of skills will only be acquired when things start to break.

Without breaking things, I would recommend scanning your ArcGIS Enterprise using portalScan and serverScan - deal with all of the issues listed.

Understanding the impact of each of these warnings (in terms of IT and GIS) will improve your understanding of Enterprise as a solution. https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/security-best-practices.htm

Hi Community,

I am fairly proficient in the standard ArcGIS Enterprise workflows - simple deployments, upgrades and very basic troubleshooting for my organization.

In terms of growing my skills, what would be recommended courses and workflows to undertake? I am aware of the ArcGIS Certifications, however not sure this covers all aspects relating to IT outside of the Esri environment.

Any help/guidance is appreciated.
