Business Analyst Web App Error

Hello everyone, I hope you are well.

I'm the administrator of my portal in my company.

I wanted to share with you an error that I have had for a few weeks, when I want to open Business Analyst from my portal in ArcGIS Enterprise, I get an error "Critical service failed to initialize (esriAnalyst/services/countries/CountryService".

This error does not allow you to use the service in any web application. I already checked that the license is correct, I reinstalled the software, but I couldn't fix the problem.

My installation is the following:

ArcGIS Server 10.8, ArcGIS Data Store 10.8, Portal for ArcGIS 10.8, ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App 10.8.

Has anyone had a similar error that can help me?
