ArcGIS DataStore Error when Upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise to 11.1

I upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to 11.1 step by step follow link https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/get-started/latest/windows/upgrade-arcgis-enterprise.htm. But until upgrade ArcGIS Data Store get error, I can not load data store configuration wizard page ( it is blank). I try install on another machine but problem is still the same.
Kindly help me.

Can i ask what browser you're using? And have you get JavaScript enabled.

If I open that URL with Internet Explorer then I get the white screen. If I use Edge/Chrome then it works.

Also check the version of your browser against this list:

Before I used firefox ver.112, and i just update firefox to ver 113 but is still error.

and Javascript default is enable

I has try install and used Chorme but is still error

Have you tried running Firefox's developer tools while loading the page to see what is happening when the page loads? In my version of Firefox pressing F12 opens the developer tools and the Network tab should show any errors that may be occuring.

I upgraded from 11.0 to 11.1 last week and have been using the method above to try to figure out some issues that started up after our upgrade.
