topic ArcGIS Portal Licence in ArcGIS Enterprise Questions

Hello,

After restarting our server yesterday, I think our portal configuration is broken. I don't understand. I was using enterprise 11.0 prior to this situation. When I log in with the admin authorized user, I see the image in the 1st attachment. My license expired on April 20. I licensed ArcGIS Server after I wrote the ecp code from software autoratizon. However, when I re-create the portal license from myesri and define it from the /portaladmin/licence/importlicence section, the second image appears. What could be the reason for this? I did the reindex.

Kind regards.

Are you running any Anti-virus software on this machine? This can interfere with Portal licensing

Checking Windows event viewer for issues overnight would help your investigation.

Use the import license tool on the Portal interface to import the new license - this validates your Json file before committing it. https://youtu.be/lUgc9kxrIZA?t=287

Does the index status show any issues?
