I'm getting a problem when trying to synchronize offline data with ArcGIS Runtime:

ArcGIS Data Store encountered too many problems; however, the standby machine 'machine_name' will not proceed with failover due to validation check failures.

and also:

ArcGIS Data Store has detected an issue with Machine: machine_name.

On server there is a Portal for ArcGIS and Data Store to hosting data. GlobalId added, data versioned and archiving.

Portal working just fine. Portal version 10.5

And I'm getting lot of errors when debugging ArcGISDataStore.exe:

I have uninstall and install ArcGIS Data Store (with deleting all configuration files) and it works.
