We have started seeing sever errors in the ArcGIS Server Error logs if the form
<LI-CODE lang="c">CleanForwardEdits failure (sessionID: {xxxx}, moment: 45014.728694) Invalid branch moment [version_name]</LI-CODE>

The errors happen on a particular feature service. This feature service contains a Parcel Fabric, I don't know if this is relevant.

I have talked to the editors and can't find the source. Is anybody familiar with the cause of these errors?

This possibly could occur if you have the wrong Portal set as default (AGOL instead of Enterprise).

When this has occurred at my org, the edit session has become corrupted so we stop the service, delete the branch version and start over.

I would be interested to hear how other orgs deal with this error.
