ArcGIS Datastore database level logs - Consider increasing the configuration parameter 'max_wal_size'.

Hello,

We have an ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.8.1 distributed environment in HA. Additionally, we have 4 federated servers (Image, Raster, Dynamic, and Notebook). Yesterday while publishing and accessing the published hosted data we encountered an error- (Error 500 Map server not found) in developer tools. Although we have checked and verified our environment was up and running. We checked and found an error in portal logs as (Error-001369 failed to create the service. Failed to execute).

Upon further troubleshooting, we have found log messages in datastore database logs stating "Checkpoints are occurring too frequently" Hint: Consider increasing the configuration parameter 'max_wal_size'. Attached are the datastore database-level log messages.

We have restarted the hosting server and primary datastore windows services which resolved the issue.

Can anyone help me out with what are these log messages about and how to overcome this in the future?
