The System Requirements Page for this product does not give any guidance for CPU's for any of the data store types. I think a minimum of 2 would be required just to set up the software, but depending on the amount of data coming through, you probably want 4 CPU to perform well with a small number of low throughput services writing to a Spatial-Temporal Data store. This will likely vary depending on the brand/model of the physical processors and virtualization architecture and require benchmark testing to determine a useful answer.
