How to Migrate Single machine deployment to Distributed machine deployment

Hi,

We have Single machine ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1) environment. We are planning to migrate each of the components to a separate machine.

Can anybody help me out with the steps?

We had gone through the documentation and it didn't help us a lot. Our requirement is to spilt the single machine deployment into distributed machines deployment.
