Data is referenced from an enterprise geodatabase.</P><P>The map image layer pretty immediately reflects changes but the feature layer takes several minutes, up to an hour I've seen, to recognize and reflect changes. I especially notice this when I make a schema change: adding a field to feature class, renaming a field, etc.</P><P>I tried restarting the service from Server Manager to see if the changes could be detected more quickly that way, but that did not work.
