DataStore02.test.com - Primary (DS02), Able to publish Hosted Feature Layer

Primary Datastore Log:
ArcGIS Data Store configurations store is not configured correctly, or a bad configuration is being used. File not found 'nulltec\arcgis-data-store-config.json'

Standby DataStore Validation:
https://datastore01.test.com:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin/machines/datastore01.test.com/validate returned an error. The requested resource could not be found in the system. Please check the parameters and try again.
