Hi Mehdi,

To solve the "certificate verify failed" error you can download your self-signed certificate and installed on your local machine (the same machine that has ArcGIS Pro installed). When installing, be sure to import the certificate to the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" category. This should make the error message disappear.

Hello,

Are you using HTTPS for your ArcGIS Enterprise implementation? If so, do you get any certificate errors when you access Portal Administrator in your web browser, either via web adaptor (e.g. https://server.domain.com/portal/portaladmin) or direct access via port 7443 (e.g. https://server.domain.com:7443/arcgis/portaladmin)?

I would also recommend trying to run Fiddler when creating the graph in Pro to see where the request is going. If the domain of any accessed URLs does not match your certificate, that may explain the error.

Best,
