Does schematic service disconnected in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0?

I have compared the ArcGIS Enterprise Functionalibality Matrix 10.9.1 and 11.0. I found that the schematic service disappeared under ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0. But I cannot find any documentation to confirm if the schematic service was discontinued.

On the official website of ArcGIS Server-Schematics Services, the Other versions were missing under 11.0.

@AlexShum I believe that the schematics services use the old "ArcMap runtime engine" behind the scenes and at ArcGIS Enterprise 11, that is no longer available.

I was able to find a few docs that reference schematics specifically as not support past 10.9.1:

I confirm that 10.9.1 is the last version that supports publishing/consuming schematic services.
