how to implement a script which configures forminfo in a webmap?

hello,

i need to configure the forminfo "part" of my webmap as described in formInfo | Web Map Specification | ArcGIS Developers.

i can configure the popupinfo part of it with ArcGIS Pro or Map Viewer .

my problem is that i am working in an Enterprise 10.9.1 environment and do not have the Map Viewer version which is able to configure forminfo ( https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/create-form-mv.htm)

it seems to me that the only way to have forminfo configured in the webmap is to implement a script generating for example forminfo from popupinfo.

does somebody implement such a script ?
