Custom Print Widgets won't print a specific layer

Hi there,

I have a custom print service on 10.7.1 which is generally working okay

However, it has troubles with one specific layer which is an Imagery Layer.
When this layer is added to the web map/app, the print widget returns the error message:
Error executing tool. Export Web Map : Failed to create layer from service at https://......./portal/sharing/servers/9a594a702d6442f985ad54e9f04db139/rest/services/......./ImageServer
Failed to execute (Export Web Map).
Failed to execute (Export Web Map).

I also have an older custom print service running, which is basically the same as the new one, but without few attributes. Interestingly, the older print service is working fine.

The old one has been publsihed with ArcGIS Pro 2.4, the new one with 2.7. Might this be the error?
