https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-questions/webapp-builder-no-analysis-tools-configured-error/m-p/1220216#M34263 <P>Hi, I recently upgraded my Enterprise from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1, following the upgrade all WebApps that contained the Analysis Tools Widget are displaying that the Analysis Widget is not configured.</P><P><SPAN>All tools worked prior to the upgrade, the issue also appears in a new WebApps and regardless of the webmap used and the layers in it. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Analysis tools work as expected in the Map Viewer.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Nothing is captured in the Server logs, or in the browser developer console. The issue occurs regardless of browser (Edge, Chrome, IE).</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Has anyone seen this behaviour before? For us, the issue was the user role that the person accessing the application had; if they were anything below Publisher they would get this error, even though the tool is configured and has been used in multiple viewers (by us).
