Multiple "The database server was found to be stopped. Re-starting it." warnings everyday causing connection issues

We are getting the warning: "The database server was found to be stopped. Re-starting it." Code: 217060 Process: 3748 up to seven times a day and each time, we lose connection to our maps for upwards of 15 minutes.

Just wondering if anyone has any explanations on what this re-starting business is actually doing and why it would think the server has stopped so many times each day.

I got the same error in PortalAdmin. It is quite a frequent error. I don't even know which database, what create the error.
