I don't know where to start the process, but I tried to install it using&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;conda install -c esri arcpy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It gives the following error-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): done&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve.
