    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a Tile Cache setup on a separate machine in Azure and now I am trying to upload 3D content, but I receive this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Informative - Executing...&lt;BR /&gt;Informative - Start Time: Wednesday, August 3, 2022 8:46:18 AM&lt;BR /&gt;Error - ERROR 160213: A networking error occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;Error - Failed to execute (Manage Scene Cache).&lt;BR /&gt;Informative - Failed at Wednesday, August 3, 2022 8:46:25 AM (Elapsed Time: 6.90 seconds)&lt;BR /&gt;Error - Failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried adding the Heap Size, that didn't change anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing I think it could be, we have the Tile Cache on separate machines, but do not have a domain account setup. I've seen that it is recommended, but not sure if that is related to this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
