    <description>&lt;P&gt;Enterprise Portal 10.9.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Published from Pro 2.9 Patch 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having issues like this with the above version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I publish a new Feature Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Configure a map in the New Map Viewer and save it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the configuration for Field Maps for the new web Map and configure contingent values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go back to the Web Map in the new Map Viewer and make a change, all of my customization goes away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then yesterday I started getting this...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go back to the Web Map and make a change I often get a message saying this web map was created in Classic Map Viewer do you wan to save a copy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went ahead and made a copy.&amp;nbsp; Back to configuration and made a few contingent values.&amp;nbsp; Try to open the Web Map in the New Map Viewer and get the same error message saying it was created in Classic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An ESRI person chimed in with an unacceptable answer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
