attribute table rules

Hi All,

I am using ArcGIS desktop 10.5. I wanted to know is there a way to create a rule for a particular column in an attribute table?

For example, A user must specify/enter the date in a date field in attribute table before saving his edits. If he tries to save his edits before entering the date it should not allow saving the edits.

Specifically what you are after may be the prompt option within the Attribute Operations:
