Change Score values in address locator

Hello everyone,

We are using ArcGIs 10.2.2

In the XMLfile from a GeoStreets and GeoAddress locator we replacved the line:

With

But now when we rebuild it it shows an error message:

"The address locator needs to be repaired ...."

and when we click the button "Ok" ArcCatalog crashes.
