      <title>Portaladmin not accessible after installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a fresh ArcGIS Portal 10.9.1 installation (on my laptop and on a server).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Site creation is successfully completed and I can login to arcgis/home with portal admin user.&lt;BR /&gt;But I am not able to log in portaladmin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to "&lt;A href="https://portal.host.machine:7443/arcgis/portaladmin/" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.host.machine:7443/arcgis/portaladmin/&lt;/A&gt;" I see below screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="conde_0-1640622854587.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/30381iB49F54968B9905E0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="conde_0-1640622854587.png" alt="conde_0-1640622854587.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried on different browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, IE), same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no error in the portal logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any idea to solve the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same! not working either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed the 10.8.1 version of portal and it's perfectly working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is surely related to the 10.9.1 version.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you have tried using URL similar to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;A href="https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname/portaladmin" target="_blank"&gt;https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname/portaladmin&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you test the following?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Could you ensure that you are not currently logged in to ArcGIS Enterprise using non-admin user?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Try connecting to the above URL in incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Clear Browser cache and restart browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Try a different browser&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you have the new web adaptor configured? Authentication, SSL, etc.? same for portal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right now I don't have a webadaptor configured. I'm trying to access via the 7443 port. I just installed portal, so there no additionnal authentification (using built-in), no external certificate (using portal autosigned).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say portal admin user, are you referring to a named user, or the local machine's user specified during installation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not the latter, can you attempt logging in as that user?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are able to get to the page shown in your original screenshot, then you are able to get to /portaladmin.&amp;nbsp; 10.9 /10.9.1 changed the landing page, and there is now a login button (upper left, under the bold text), instead of the form for entering a username / password.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fresh install of portal 10.9.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can access /portaladmin through webadapter AND though :7443/arcgis/portaladmin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can login, but just gets redirected back to start where login links are!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can request token, and can access that to access admin pages, but this is to cumbersome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess they broke something implementing the oauth thingy to replace the old form login for the admin page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with a different admin user. Same problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
