    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen older versions of this issue posted but figured i would start a new one. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm receiving the following error message whilst trying to use the ArcGIS Server Cloud Builder on Amazon Web Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to connect to Amazon Web Services using the credentials that were entered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check that the credentials entered are correct and that the ArcGIS Server AMIs have been&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shared with this account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AMI 'ami-e448c68c' does not exist or is not accessible to the AWS account."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume it is due to the same reason as previous versions in that the account doesn't have access to the ami?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a not for profit and perhaps that is part of the reason? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
