    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you upgrade your ArcMap?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems you have a concurrent license getting license from a license server of an outdated License Manager version. It may be not on your machine, license server can be on another computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find and open an ArcGIS Administrator. There you will find a name of a license server machine. I tried to solve it by typing services.msc, on the service local ArcGIS does not appear on the service (local) list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help on how to solve this thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
