ArcGIS Server 10.5 - Identify (MapServer)

In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5,when i publish Map service through database (Oracle),identify not shown values on my map click.

Any solution will be highly appreciated

via what means are you consuming the service e.g. Pro, arcmap or Portal etc? If it's a Web Map it may be as simple as enabling popups https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/configure-pop-ups.htm

Also may want to look at upgrading the Oracle geodatabase also to supported version, if it is 10.0 currently. I do not think that will fix the issue, but would not hurt.
