Yes, there will be a Water Conference in the Fall of 2020. The location and dates are still being finalized but, in the meantime, here are a few ways you can ensure you are notified about this and all other Esri Water Team activities and news:

Visit last year’s conference page and sign up to be notified for next year. To do so:

Browse to https://www.esri.com/en-us/about/events/water-conference/overview
Near the bottom of the page, look for “Get notified when 2020 opens”, and click the Notify Me button.
