Error ArcGIS Enterprise Builder when reinstallation

I have installed and then unistalled ArcGIS Enterprise Builder.

Now I have to reinstalled it again and I have the following error when executing it:

"The following must be resolved to run this setup program: A website must be configured and started on port 80"

I have verified that port 80 is open and I dont know what else to do.

Any ideas?

Is the windows service World Wide Web Publishing Service started?

I solved the problem. I had to create a IIS site pointing to the installation directory with the port 80.
